our rental process

Here’s how our rental process works:

SHOP

Browse our collection of lights and decor available for rent. Check out our inspiration page to discover what look and feel you’d like.

RESERVE

Select your desired quantity and event date for a real-time quote. Reserve the items you need for your event.

SHIP

We’ll ship out your rental gear so that it arrives at least two days prior to your event.  We’ll provide tracking information for your peace of mind.

RETURN

Package up your gear using the same packaging and return back to our facility.  We’ll include tape, extra tape, and your return shipping label.

What to Expect

RESERVE

Browse our lighting selection and reserve your order. After reserving your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all your rental details.

2 WEEKS BEFORE ARRIVAL

Two weeks prior to your event, we’ll send a follow up confirmation email to confirm your shipping address and rental gear. 

RENTAL ARRIVAL DATE

Your gear arrives on or before your Rental Arrival Date. One you receive it, please inspect the contents of your rental. Your rental also includes shipping supplies for the return trip; be sure to save all your packaging. Should any issues occur, contact us as soon as possible.

YOUR EVENT

Your event day!  It’s our hope that you seamlessly enjoy this time, whether with your family & friends, colleagues, or guests at your event.

RENTAL RETURN DATE

Ship your rental back on your Rental Return Date listed in your order. Your rental gear will include a pre-paid return shipping label and tape.  Package the rental gear back in the original box – with the original packaging – and deliver to a shipping carrier drop-off location or box.  Find a UPS drop off location near you.

RETURN CONFIRMATION

Once your gear arrives back at our warehouse, we’ll inspect it and let you know that we’ve received it. Watch out for a rental confirmation 1-2 weeks after you’ve shipped your gear back.
